Scope Specification

Non-manufacturer specific system overviews and feature requirements including structured wiring requirements, room-by-room equipment schedule, and narrative system description when appropriate.  Typical subsystem breakdowns:

Bid Comparison

Using the Scope Specification documentation, bids will be solicited from up to three qualified installing contractors.  Revisions will be requested and managed until the specified scope is achieved.  Bids will be assessed and pros and cons of each as well as a final recommendation provided.

Installation & Change Order Management

Remaining in constant contact with the project as it progresses from the pre-wire through equipment install to programming and final commission, the system installation and its capabilities will be inspected to ensure the scope is adhered to.  As technology advances and the project develops, Change Orders are eminent and will be managed to ensure the installation contractor does not blow out the scope or run up the budget unnecessarily.

System Design & Contractor Management

Everything needed to build a complete integrated electronic system is provided including a wiring layout, complete equipment list, device specifications, equipment rack elevation, construction details, and power and cooling requirements.  Additionally, the system is bid out in phases and contractors are managed directly to meet even the strictest budgets and timelines.

Professional Consultation Services

Streamline Modern is available to provide professional consulting services to Audio/Visual & Integration Companies who are expanding their offerings and require Standardized Operational Procedures and Design Documentation.  Additionally, we can be contracted to design and manage large scale projects to allow smaller firms to take on complex projects without adding full-time staff.
